Silver City, 1996

(Crime + serial killers + fighting organized crime + friendship) In the Great Xia Empire, in Yincheng, Huihe Province.

Yincheng is a city renowned for its bronze. Backed by Tongguan Mountain, it is rich in mineral resources and conveniently located near the Yangtze River. When the winds of reform and opening up swept through the country, throngs of migrant workers from other provinces poured in, making the city more bustling than ever. Many individual entrepreneurs hoping to strike it rich overnight also joined them.

All this made the small city increasingly complex, breeding schemes and conspiracies behind the scenes. Deals trading power for sex were commonplace.
