The Corpse Speaks Not: Map of Buried Bones

To find his missing grandfather, Zhang Mingyuan sets out on a perilous journey with his childhood friend Xiao Beihai and Chen Ergou, who comes from a family of tomb raiders. In Dong Zhuo’s tomb, the three find the first of eight bone fragments. They discover that the skeleton was split into eight pieces, each hidden in the tomb of one of eight legendary generals and guarded by supreme vengeful spirits such as Bai Qi and Xiang Yu. In Bai Qi’s tomb, a blood-curse mechanism nearly claims their lives. Outside Xiang Yu’s tomb, members of the archaeological team mysteriously go mad, while treacherous currents churn beneath the Wu River. A mysterious figure secretly aids them, and the state’s special archaeological team, Bureau 749, gets involved behind the scenes. Eight bone fragments. Eight ancient tombs. The three joke and banter as they risk their lives at every turn. When they find the seventh fragment, the location of the eighth tomb is finally revealed. It is where Zhang’s grandfather truly disappeared, and the end point of every mystery.
