Wuyu is a spirit at first, but later gains a physical body.

In other people's eyes, Xia Huaiye is a pitiful soul: an orphan, blind, and running a shabby little shop.

In other people's eyes, Xia Huaiye is also a strange man: white hair, dressed in a Tang suit, and talking to thin air.

Xia Huaiye is human, but not normal. The only one in his heart is a bodiless spirit, or more accurately, an evil god.

Wuyu had wandered the world for who knows how long when, one day, a child caught his attention. From then on, he stayed by the boy's side and cleared every obstacle in his way. He was no ordinary person. He was the heart Wuyu had lost.

There's a legend in Sucheng: if you can find the little shop hidden deep in an alley, its owner can solve any problem you have.

The two of them walk hand in hand through other people's stories. But what about their own? Are they, too, at the center of a story?
