The story explores the schemes of Zixiao Palace and the struggle for the Sainthood seats. These include warning Hongyun in advance to evade Luohou's demonic clouds, taking him as a disciple and teaching him how to analyze chaotic data streams, as well as giving Nuwa a genetic-chain technique for creating humans. By incorporating Earth's human DNA, the technique grants humanity the potential to evolve.
