The Ascetic Buddha

She spent a wild night with an ascetic Buddhist monk, only to discover she’d slept with the wrong man.

Historical romance + sweet romance + love story + comedy.

Su Miaoling, the eldest legitimate daughter of the Yong’an Marquis’s household, was eighteen years old, with bright eyes and pearly teeth, and a charming, vivacious appearance. Her personality was lively and carefree, though, and she was afraid of nothing. She had little interest in the Buddhist ceremony, but when she heard that the peach blossoms at the Huguo Temple were in full bloom, she begged her maid, Lü Zhi, to sneak out of the residence with her.
