Late at night, the boy left the village. Escape! He knew he had to run away, leave his home, his silent father and his weeping mother. The boy shivered and hid in a hole as high as one person. Above his head was the thumping footsteps and flickering torchlight of the crowd chasing him. He was hungry and dying until he met the old shepherd and his donkey, dog and nine sheep. An old man and a young man depend on each other in this barren and harsh wilderness. Life is reduced to the simplest three words: survive! He never told the old shepherd about his tragic past. However, when the sound of horse hooves sounded in the dust in the sky, the shepherd still understood everything...
This is a life journey of self-search and redemption, as well as a contemporary fable about good, evil and faith.
