The Man Who Could Not Carry the Coffin

[Western fantasy + Lovecraftian horror + another world + one heroine + search for memories + villain protagonist + ensemble cast + slow burn]

When history becomes a curse, memory itself is the original sin

I woke in the ruins with nothing but empty memories and a lonely soul. Searching for the person I used to be, I followed my past through city after city. Along the way, I saw the forgotten “Hero” and “Demon King,” the great and evil ancient sorcerer Ibon, three hundred years of horrors, grudges, and tangled loves, the birth of Dagon, and bizarre sacrifices…

Even betrayed by all of humanity and understood by no one, I held on,

until

I finally opened… that coffin, and saw the cycle of “fate,” the great Old One, Cthulhu…

and so…

I stopped…

I wish so much that none of this were real…
