Taking Tarot card number 0 "The Fool" as the protagonist, it is a fantasy adventure story that takes place on the fictional continent of Reforst. Originally, he just wanted to take his loyal dog Sancho on a long-planned trip, but he encountered a huge threat that was unplanned but was destined to be unspeakable darkness. He is quietly invading this continent, and the other tarot cards he encountered along the way helped him to varying degrees after learning about the existence that might threaten the safety of the entire continent.
