Li Chubai is a girl who transmigrated to the world of The Outcast and ended up in the Five Poisons Sect in Miaojiang. Perhaps because she transmigrated, she became a Gu Master by birth. Any qi that comes into contact with her turns into her Gu in an instant. Among the Gu Masters of Miaojiang, this constitution is known as the Gu King's Body. Having read The Outcast, Li Chubai knows this will bring her plenty of trouble. With the help of Qu Yun, leader of the Five Poisons Sect, she learns to control her ability to transform things into Gu. She also learns the Miaojiang region's blade techniques and deity masks, and becomes a temp worker under Qu Yun in the Bashu Division, District Eight of Nadutong. She later helps Liao Zhong of the Lunan Division cure Chen Duo. After the Biyou Village mission, she expects to undergo an investigation by Nadutong headquarters, just as in the story. Instead, the directors tell her that they have known about the temp workers all along. With the Heavenly Dao now manifest in the world, people from other worlds will arrive in theirs. The temp workers are given a new mission: whenever they discover someone from another world, they must immediately capture them and report it. If necessary, they may deal with the person as they see fit. There is no time limit for the mission. Codename: Stranger!!!
