Everything Is Meant to Be

Looking for a Novel

I remember this novel was written by someone they knew in another world. To change the ending, they went to this person and guided them into changing it to the ending the male and female leads wanted. [Update] Found it: This Is What It Means to Be a Max-Level Big Shot With a Billion Secret Identities.
