The Moon Shines Bright, Its Light Ever Clear

Help Me Find a Book 😭😭😭

In one of the quick transmigration worlds, the male lead had a mental illness and the female lead was a nurse. She gave a patient a pear to eat, and he saw it and got extremely jealous. Then he killed the patient and dug out the pear. I've been looking for this book forever, but I just can't find it.
