First review! "Seven Days Lost, Secret of Echoes" by Wang Hao, who loves honey and pineapple juice, is a science fiction apocalyptic novel. The opening of the story is extremely impactful. A quantum catastrophe ruthlessly tears Shanghai apart, and the "Seven Days Countdown to the Death of Memory" begins. The protagonist Lin Shen, a linguist who originally lived an ordinary life, is involved in this apocalyptic crisis and is forced to team up with a paralyzed scientist, a mechanical prosthetic police officer and a nano-actor. They shuttle between the liquid city and the mirror city, just to decipher the mysterious "Human Completion Plan." As the plot progresses, a bigger secret comes to light - the end of the world is actually a dimension-enhancement experiment. The survivors are not only competing for the chance to survive, but also for the qualifications to modify reality. The exciting plot is worth staying up late to read.
