Yan Guixing wanted Mu Mu simply because he was pretty, had a cute smile, and was a silly little thing with no parents and a disability, so there would be no complications.

Like a child who had gotten a new toy, Yan Guixing pretended to be gentle and played a game called love with the silly little thing.

Yan Guixing was hardly surprised when the boy fell into the trap of “love” he had laid for him. After all, the silly little thing could be lured away with a single piece of candy.

But Yan Guixing took in a stray puppy, bought him cake, brought him to the amusement park, and got his ears treated... He gave him far, far more than just one piece of candy.

Naturally, the game ended with Mu Mu falling in love with Yan Guixing.

But Yan Guixing never imagined he would fall into the game too, so deeply that he couldn’t pull himself out.

With the election for general coming up, reason told him he should discard this useless toy and find a more advantageous marriage prospect. But his heart stirred with the urge to keep the silly little thing by his side for the rest of his life.

Before Yan Guixing could figure out that he had already given his heart to the silly little thing, the boy learned the truth and vanished into the vast universe, leaving without hesitation or a trace of regret.

Yan Guixing was furious, anxious, and beside himself, but finding someone in the boundless sea of stars was no easy task.

Time wore down his temper. By the time he finally found the silly little thing, all he could do was rack his brains to trick him back to his side, then bind him tightly with chains of love so he could never escape again.
