A Bright Future Awaits If You Insist on Getting Divorced

(A heads-up: This story contains rebirth! The love interest stays the same! Happy ending!) In five years of marriage, Duan Xun has hardly ever come home. Xu Shenghan has lived as though widowed, but has never complained. He understands that Duan Xun is busy with work. But when Xu Shenghan is hospitalized with a high fever and Duan Xun is traveling with his childhood sweetheart, refusing even to answer a single one of his calls, Xu Shenghan suddenly can’t understand what the marriage he has clung to for five years even means. What is he to Duan Xun? A true lover? Who would treat their own lover so coldly? Xu Shenghan is tired. This road is too cold and dark. He has walked it alone for five years without seeing even a glimmer of light. He can’t be bothered to wait for Duan Xun to look back at him anymore, or to guess what’s going through his mind. He leaves behind a divorce agreement, takes everything that belongs to him, and walks cleanly out of Duan Xun’s world. Duan Xun: “You want a divorce? Fine. Don’t regret it.” Xu Shenghan: “I won’t.” Later… Duan Xun: “Honey, I was wrong. Can we please not get divorced?” Xu Shenghan: “Sir, we’re already divorced. Please don’t call me that.” Please add my new story, Quick Transmigration: Only I Can Be Your Vermilion Mole, to your collection~
