Wild Geese Have Their Leisurely Days

The story takes place a year after Zhuang Hanyan takes control of the Zhuang family. Fan Xian has also spent five years stirring up the capital’s court. The two meet again because of an old case, the Danzhou Saltworks Case. See what happens when two exceptionally intelligent, levelheaded graduates of Danzhou meet in the same world and join forces to solve a case!

To develop the characters and move the plot forward, the novel also features characters and pairings from both original dramas.

Danzhou breeds no idle people. This is a derivative story about two outstanding Danzhou graduates, Fan Xian and Zhuang Hanyan. They are equally formidable, share a deep friendship, and each serves as the other’s ace in the hole. They are fellow travelers on the road to power: when Fan Xian runs into trouble at court, Zhuang Hanyan helps him in secret, and vice versa. They always have each other’s backs.
