Honkai: Star Rail: Yanqing's Sword-Wielding Journey to the Ends of the World

This story includes a Yanqing and Yunli pairing. Please steer clear if that's not your thing. Arigato!

What would have happened to the Luofu if the Astral Express hadn't changed its destination?

…

A Stellaron erupts on the Luofu… the Borisin invade the Zhuming…

The Prison of Deep Seclusion on each Xianzhou is breached, and hardened criminals escape en masse…

Jing Yuan goes missing, Huaiyan sacrifices himself, and Feixiao is gravely wounded…

…

“Isn't this timeline a little too bleak?”

“But some endings can't be changed.”

As requested in the comments, I've put this at the very beginning. Apologies for the out-of-character writing. I'm sorry.

I don't know what qualifies as a pairing-focused story. I only started writing because I imagined what kind of story Yanqing might have as the protagonist in a timeline without the Astral Express. I love the xianxia style of the Xianzhou; to me, the ultimate xianxia story is Chinese Paladin. A true hero serves their country and people. Everyone has feelings and desires, and falling for someone is perfectly normal. But being in love doesn't mean losing sight of the bigger picture or abandoning what's right. This book will have what I personally consider Yanqing-and-Yunli romantic moments. I think there's some pairing content, but not much, because romance has never been the main plot of this story.

The world is vast. Thank you for finding this book, and for being willing to read it. To borrow a line from an author I like: “I'll write at my own pace, and you can read at yours.”
