Detective Conan: Does Being a Black-Minded Creep Make You a Detective?

[The Police Academy Group Gets Rescued from Their Canon Fates] [Protagonist Doesn’t Join the Police] [No Bashing Original Characters] [No Breaking Up Canon Couples] [Gradual Build] [Original Cases] [Canon Plot Later]

[The protagonist is neither scientific nor deductive] [Strictly speaking, the protagonist has no gender] [Pure Red]

[Original CP, blended with a little alcohol] [Few emotional connections between original and canon characters] [Timeline begins after the Wakasa, Cat, and Brother beach episode] [The parts about saving the police academy group will be told in flashback as the plot progresses]

[The ID reflects the protagonist’s traits, so Shuichi Akai won’t be targeted]

[The dream is to give every canon character a chance to shine]

[The first case sets up the original protagonist. The main plot begins with the second case, starting from chapter 11.]

And so, the worldline shifts. The black sludge monster wants it, and the black sludge monster gets it.

Also known as The Black Sludge Monster Wants to Become Human and The Meal the Black Sludge Monster Ate That It Would Regret for the Rest of Its Life.

I have a bit of an outline, but not much. Writing is just a hobby, so comments asking for updates will motivate me to write more > < Please, this is the one and only favor I’ll ever ask of you.

I’m not very good at deduction, but I should be better than the anime writers, right? (I will be, brother, I will.)

Updates are steady: 4,000 words every evening at six, with an occasional extra-long update.
