With Terminal Cancer, I Transmigrated to Another World and Became the Immortal Venerable of Funerals

Playing the Little Brother, Heaven's Gift

I once read a story where someone played Xiao Ge... The protagonist was called Zhang Haiguan and had a Heavenly Revelation. There was a scene where he wrote down things about himself in a notebook so he wouldn't forget them, and it was captured on a livestream. I can't remember which book it was, so I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me find it.
