The Ninth Herrscher

(Fantasy, apocalypses across the heavens, dimensional suppression)

Lord of the Price, suppressing the heavens and weighing the ages!

When the Child of Destiny is certain he has won, I ask him, “Have you paid the price?” When gods and demons bring down punishment, I demand, “Who set this price?” If the rules are unjust, I will reassess the price and deliver the final verdict!

Are your rules fair in the first place? If the answer is no, then I will redefine the price of everything in this world!
