In 210 BC, at the age of 49, Qin Shi Huang dies and unexpectedly transmigrates to Teyvat. But Teyvat has undergone tremendous changes: the Geo Archon Morax mysteriously died in the Khaenri'ah War 500 years ago. With no one at the helm for so long, Liyue's territory has splintered into factions and descended into prolonged warfare. Six of the seven nations that emerged from the division are controlled from behind the scenes by other gods, while Liyue alone has rejected all the gods.
