Honkai: Star Rail: Simulating the Future, Starting with Ms. Herta

On Blue Star in the Honkai: Star Rail universe, in the Black Tower Kingdom’s Black Tower City, the world can be leveled up.

Here, everyone recovers one point of Black Tower Power every six minutes, which they can use to enter instances and farm materials such as EXP books, Light Cone materials, Credits, and all sorts of other things.

Su Yao is a one-star character who isn’t even worthy of having a name, and he’s fed up.

He follows the path of the Aeon of Elation, yet he can’t gain experience. While everyone else is level 10, he’s level 0. While they sit, he has to stand; while they have a pair, he has only one; while they eat, he can only watch...

Then one day, the System descended, and his dreams of the future took flight.

He obtained a simulator that could simulate the future. Completing a simulation would not only earn him System rewards, but also let him bring rewards from the simulated world into reality.

One day, he entered a Simulated Universe through the simulator... and came out with an equation.

“Master Puppeteer”

After our team uses their Ultimate six times in total while not in the [Overclocked] state, they gain the [Overclocked] state.

It can greatly increase Ultimate damage and the number of times they can be used!

Su Yao was overjoyed.

Then he immediately felt dejected.

What good is an equation by itself? How am I supposed to activate it without any Blessings!
