A pure love story dressed in science fiction, about a timid yet brave man who finally wins the heart of the mermaid he loves.
Jiang Zan, a mermaid lawyer who refuses to bond with a stranger, ends up registering his marriage with Xiao Su, the first applicant to bond with a mermaid, through a series of mishaps. How will a man and a mermaid with no feelings for each other (or so it seems) spark the flames of love, and how will the mermaid Jiang Zan handle this relationship? In the interstellar future, with alien invasions, the colonization of extragalactic worlds, and efforts to save the population of Blue Star, watch as this self-possessed yet impassioned and naive mermaid pursues his own sense of justice, racing across the oceans, continents, and seas of the stars.
“Why should I have to bear your love? Why must I accept it? I haven’t even done anything!”
