The brothers and sisters Luo Xiaokun, Luo Xiaohong, Luo Xiaofang, and Luo Xiaohua, who were born in the border areas of Yunnan in the 1980s, endured, worked hard, grew, and transformed amidst the pain of their native families. The same birth, different growth environment and personality, create different life trajectories. The eldest sister, Luo Xiaokun, had a calm personality and started to work in the society after graduating from elementary school. Later, she gave birth to a child with the help of her parents and died in middle age; Luo Xiaofang Suffering from the pain of not being taken seriously, she got married and had children at an early age, lost her husband, and then wandered through life; her younger sister Luo Xiaohua was lucky enough to receive a high school scholarship and was able to enter high school and go to college.
