[The pacing is a little slow at first]
Lin Cong woke up to find that he had transmigrated to a world of beast taming.
No System, no old-timer mentor, not even an exceptional talent.
“Other people get a golden finger when they transmigrate. How come I got nothing?”
Unwilling to give up, he decided to grow stronger through his own efforts, studying beast-taming knowledge and practicing combat skills day and night.
Then one day, the spirit pets he had contracted… started acting strange!
Moon Wolf: An evolution route appeared in its eyes. As long as it followed the steps, it could evolve without limit and break through its species’ boundaries!
Demon Rock Behemoth: It awakened an evolution system based on devouring. It could eat dirt, ore, and opponents, growing stronger with every bite!
Treasure-Seeking Mouse: It came with a treasure map, letting it see the location of any treasure as soon as it entered a secret realm!
Spirit of Vitality: A mysterious ancient tree took root in its mind, and each fruit represented a lost ancient forbidden art…
Lin Cong: “??? So your golden fingers were all on you?!”
The beasts: “Don’t worry, Master. We’ll carry you to victory this time!”
Years later
At a press conference, reporters bombarded Lin Cong with questions. “How did you become the national beast-taming champion at such a young age? I’ve heard other beast tamers say it’s because you cheated. Is that true?”
Lin Cong replied righteously, “Cheated?”
“I, Lin Cong, did no such thing!”
He looked at the Skyvault Wolf King beside him, the Treasure-Seeking Mouse decked out in divine gear, the Demon Rock Behemoth standing ten thousand feet tall, and the Spirit of Vitality covered in forbidden arts…
“My beasts are the ones who cheat.”
“I, Lin Cong, am a fair-play beast tamer!”
It is quite novel to give gold fingers to the beasts, but the protagonist's talent is holding back. It is probably because the author wants to balance the combat power. He does not want the pace to be too fast, but hopes that the protagonist's talent can be improved as soon as possible. Looking forward to the golden fingers of other beast masters.
It looks good. I love my food. 🥰[Admiration][Admiration]

Not bad, good, come on, left and right
