After Lan Bo Took Me In, I Could No Longer Find a Way to Die

You are Lovien Green, an angel who doesn't want to live but somehow can't die. Or perhaps you're some kind of defective product made in a laboratory?

Your "medal of honor" for blowing up a false god is a body wrapped in bandages, plus being picked up in France by a black-haired, fierce-looking man named Rimbaud, who shoved a baby bottle into your mouth.

And to make matters worse, Rimbaud said mysteriously, "Wait until your brother comes back."

Brother? Did Mom Valeria trick some other unlucky angel into being her son?

Your recuperation is filled with absurdities:

Rimbaud complains that "four-year-olds are such a pain" while carefully using his spatial abilities to keep you from feeling pain, albeit rather clumsily.

Oatmeal porridge is more filling than Heaven's dew, but being mistaken for a "kindred spirit" because you're a test subject is more constricting than your bandages.

Then your "brother" appears...

Paul Verlaine, blond and blue-eyed, powerful as a mountain, yet looking at you with the gentleness of the deep sea and a strange sense of guilt.

He's convinced you're a "little star who escaped from the laboratory" and draws you into his absolute circle of protection for his "kindred spirit."

And so, the would-be dead angel's plan to lie flat is completely ruined.

On one side is Rimbaud's awkward care; on the other, Verlaine's weighty, suffocating protection of his "kindred spirit."

The 200-year-old soul inside the bandage-wrapped dumpling can only roar: I'm really not the test subject you think I am! And... Mom Valeria, isn't the "son" you picked this time a little too intimidating?!

A mystery that devours life lies within your wounds, and Heaven's hymns still seem to ring in your ears.

In this lively, down-to-earth world, Lovien's second life is destined to be a chaotic mess.
