In an international metropolis called Shuguang City, it is prosperous on the surface, but undercurrents are actually surging. The forces of the underworld are complex. Five old gangs control the underground order in different areas of the city. They are the "Sea Shark Gang" that controls the port and smuggling business, the "Ye Shadow Club" that monopolizes the entertainment industry, the "Shilong Club" that controls the gray business of construction and real estate, the "Silver Snake Hall" that secretly lays out in the financial field, and the "Iron Wolf Gang" that controls the logistics and transportation underworld channels.
