If the setting seems too complicated, don’t worry. Just remember this one thing:
“While everyone else is grinding their cultivation levels and rules, the protagonist is grinding the bees’ KPIs. Once the bees meet their targets, the world changes too.”
(P.S. I don’t actually know why I came up with such a ridiculous setting. Maybe a bee stung me one day and unlocked my brain. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story, and remember to stay away from clients who sting [crossed out] bees.)
