[Famine + farming + devoted couple + two strong leads who tame each other + secret-identity showdown]
Tao Qianqian, queen of the 38th-century junkyard, is an “18-year-old” old maid who makes a living scavenging.
One day, she transmigrates to ancient times during a famine and nearly starves to death from the start.
To survive, she disguises herself as a man, blackens her face, sticks on a scar, and poses as a rough laborer. For four sweet potatoes, she buys two gravely wounded “convict slaves”:
✔ Shi Yue: On the surface, he's a cold, abstinent, hard-working “plowing machine.” In reality, he's a highly skilled martial artist and former commander of the secret guards serving the great general.
He works like an ox for his master, plowing fields by day and warming her bed at night (though he refuses to admit it).
✔ Shi Shiyi: He looks like a sunny, clingy puppy, but has an innate affinity with plants and can grow anything. He's basically a farming cheat code.
He's terrified of his master, yet can't help wanting to cling to her.
✔ Tao Qianqian may look weak, pitiful, and helpless, but she's hiding a whole stack of secret identities:
Apocalyptic-era tech expert (spatial ring + AI assistant + stun baton + genetic drugs)
Farming prodigy with cheat-like advantages (growth serum + improved plow + signal jammer)
Drama queen with top-notch acting skills (pretending to be a rough laborer, a mystic, and an innocent victim)
While she's busy farming with her spatial ring, taming slaves with a stun baton, and using her acting skills to fool everyone
Shi Yue secretly contacts his old comrades and plays along with her plans:
“Want to farm, Master? I'll clear ten thousand acres of wasteland for you.”
“Want to claim a mountain and rule as its bandit king? I'll wipe out the bandit strongholds for you.”
Then one day, with an enemy army at the borders, she pulls out a laser cannon to blast the city gates
Shi Yue kneels at her feet with thirty thousand cavalrymen: “Master, you've finally come to bring me home.”
★ She only wanted to keep her head down until she died of old age, but the more her secret identities come out, the more thrilling things get!
A different kind of farming, very novel, you can watch it, it renovates old materials, it's interesting to write, and the characters are well drawn.
The author is very smart and the plot is unique.
Different kind of farming, the plot is not cliché! Interesting, please give me more ❤️
