Wasteland Civilization Restarts

In 2149 AD, a global disaster known as the "Great Annihilation" completely destroyed human civilization. This disaster originated from mankind's crazy research on dark matter in deep space. The dark matter reactor exploded out of control, releasing a devastating dark energy storm that swept the world. Surface vegetation withered, water sources were polluted, the atmosphere was damaged, and cosmic rays poured out wantonly. 99% Of humanity was instantly extinct. The remaining humans hid in underground shelters, abandoned subways, and dilapidated buildings to survive.
