[Touken Ranbu] The Fallen Honmaru of the Nine-Tailed Dragon

This story contains dark material that may be extremely disturbing. Please think carefully about whether you want to read it!!!!

There may be OOC characterization. Please note that there is an original female Saniwa and her friends. The story is currently being revised, so the quality may be uneven.

Also, because of the Saniwa’s unusual circumstances, the story is told from multiple perspectives and leans toward an ensemble cast. Her friends in particular will have a sizable role before she awakens. I apologize in advance!

The early chapters may contain mild angst, and the story includes an original worldbuilding setting.

Synopsis:

After the Saniwa’s citadel management rights were frozen by the Time Government, which deemed her a dangerous criminal, she was summarily thrown into a corrupted citadel that was giving them just as much trouble.

Their intention was to make the two sides keep each other in check and wear each other down.

How will their future, bound together against their will, unfold? Will they really end up destroying each other as expected, achieving the goal of keeping one another in check?

But the Saniwa has lost the ability to think, while the corrupted swords are treated as replaceable resources. Both face danger at every turn as they make choices on thin ice.

Is there still any hope for them?
