Apocalyptic Flood: Looting the Biggest Warehouse Before the Acid Rain

(Focused on building up power, not a neighborhood war god. Feel free to skip the slower plot sections.) Floods, acid rain, extreme heat, bitter cold, walking corpses, man-eating beasts, endless night. After Chen Yu was murdered, the safety jade pendant he had casually bought from an antique stall in his previous life activated and brought him back to life. The pendant then vanished, but before disappearing, it turned into points of light that formed a pocket dimension. Thus began Chen Yu's journey of stockpiling supplies, building a power base, and avenging his past life. But as his revenge progressed and his power grew, he realized that nothing was as simple as he had imagined. The world-ending floods and acid rain were only the beginning of the apocalypse. Unlike the insignificant nobody he was in his previous life, this time he would be one of the rising forces of the apocalypse. With supplies in hand, he recruits followers and steadily expands his power. He commands the world by day and reclines with beauties by night! Superpowers, monsters, or genetic serums may appear later, depending on how things develop. The early development may be slow, but the plot won't be forced forward. If anything seems implausible, chalk it up to this other world being more than a decade ahead in technological development.
