[A Wicked Good Girl vs. a Defiant, Arrogant Boy]
Zhou Jiaoci of Huacheng No. 2 High School has silver hair and a rebellious, flamboyant air that keeps everyone at arm’s length.
The transfer student, Yu Sui, is quiet and well-behaved as a little rabbit. Her image as a sweet, dependable girl is so deeply ingrained that when she walks up and hands Zhou Jiaoci a love letter, Zhou doesn’t understand what’s happening at first.
But the very next day, Yu Sui blinks her almond-shaped eyes and says with an innocent look, “Sorry, I got the wrong person. You’re not the one I like.”
Zhou Jiaoci: A harmless good girl? A little white rabbit? She’s obviously a little fox who loves to play pretend!
It’s common knowledge that Zhou Jiaoci can’t stand the new transfer student, the well-behaved girl.
Even when Yu Sui pursues someone, Zhou follows behind with a cold face, waiting for a chance to get revenge.
But no one knows that after Zhou blushes and hands Yu Sui a drink at the basketball court, Yu Sui is pinned against the wall by the gym’s back entrance just moments later.
The Zhou Jiaoci who looked terrifyingly cold on the court is now looking utterly pitiful.
“How much longer are you going to chase him? I’m jealous.”
The girl who’s usually so well-behaved around others grins mischievously and strokes Zhou’s hair.
“Can’t help it. You’re not my target, after all. You’ll just have to put up with it.”
Yu Sui is cruel, vindictive, and puts her own interests above all else.
Zhou Jiaoci is rebellious and uninhibited, and hates people who stop at nothing for their own gain.
Even knowing Yu Sui’s confession is an obvious trap,
Zhou is still willing to fall into it.
“Yu Sui, don’t stay for me. Follow the light.”
Yu Sui doesn’t believe in love, and no one has ever truly loved her, until she meets Zhou Jiaoci.
It turns out someone really can love her as dearly as life itself, showing her that love is as great as death.
