Record of Earth Veins and Dark Fiends

"Chaos Tai Sui"

A living mountain range sleeping in the earth's veins. Each time it awakens, once every sixty years, it spits out sixty copies of

The Yellow Springs Register.

Those who receive a register are forced to take part in the "Underworld Pact Game."

The game is essentially a ritual through which Tai Sui digests the karmic burden of sin, keeping the dragon veins of the Nine Provinces from rotting.
