When Shan Yang was ten, his father sent him out into the world to begin cultivating immortality. On the way to Canglan Sect, he came across a pitiful little thing. Seeing the poor child under attack, the brilliant and mighty Shan Yang rushed to help.
And just like that, Shan Yang acquired a clingy little companion. He followed his father's instructions and spent years adventuring through the cultivation world. Then one day, Shan Yang remembered his origins, while the clingy little thing had grown into an even clingier big thing.
Their relationship had reached the point where the only thing left was meeting each other's parents.
But their fates had been set long ago. The invasion of demons from beyond the realms left them no time to worry about anything else. The tragedy of five hundred years earlier began to repeat itself. Shan Yang fought to the death, forcing the demons to retreat for the time being. With that, the tribulation destined for Shan Yang had passed, but the two were forced apart.
By the time Shan Yang saw Chi Mu again, Chi Mu had grown somewhat obsessive after trying every possible way to bring Shan Yang back, all to no avail. He had gone from a clingy big puppy to a gloomy, obsessive clingy big puppy. Taking advantage of Shan Yang waking up with no memories, he shamelessly tricked him into coming along.
That night,
“Isn’t that enough?”
Shan Yang watched the sun rise and set, on the verge of a breakdown.
Chi Mu leisurely covered his mouth and said,
“How could it be enough? I have years of debts to make up for.”
After that, sometimes Shan Yang opened his eyes to find the sun rising, and when he closed them, the moon was rising.
Holding his aching lower back, Shan Yang could only weep.
Sharp-tongued but soft-hearted, snarky bottom (Shan Yang) × clingy, pitiful top (Chi Mu), as seen through Shan Yang’s eyes.
Good-looking ❤️ 💕
