The Era Reboots, the Great Dao Contends

Important notice: This book is also known as Era Reboot: Starting with The King of Fighters.

The first volume can really be considered a prologue, with lots of worldbuilding and background on how the story began. Readers can start with Volume Two, the King of Fighters arc.

As for the story itself, it begins after the Journey to the West calamity in the Primordial World, with the Calamity of the Demon Saints’ Rebellion Against Heaven, followed by the Calamity of the Demonic Era.

The Calamity of the Demonic Era erupted after all the Daluo Saints among the Primordial survivors had transcended into eternity.

With no Daluo Saints left to stabilize the fate of the world, the extraterrestrial demons seized their chance. As the Demon Saints rebelled against Heaven and the Primordial Continent shattered, the human and demon races were locked in fierce conflict. The demons then stabbed their allies, the demon race, in the back...!

In the end, the humans, demons, and other Primordial survivors were forced to leave the center of the universe. With only the power left behind by the Golden Immortal Dao Ancestors, they hid in subspace within the Solar System to escape the demons’ pursuit and slaughter.

The story begins when the protagonist, Ye Yang, accidentally obtains the legacy of the transcendent Saint Jieyin on Mount Tai...

Sorry, I’m not good at writing blurbs!

P.S. I’m a new writer and only write part-time, so updates may be slow. I may also miss updates on statutory holidays when I’m spending time with my child. However, I promise that no matter what, I will finish this first novel. I won’t rush the ending or abandon it. I hope readers who enjoy it will be patient with me. Feel free to add it to your reading list for now.

That’s all. Thank you!
