Synopsis

[Ordinary zombies + military intervention + no factional infighting + no superpowers + no System + no storage space]

The military steps in. Quarantine zones. Ordinary civilians. Multiple storylines.

The zombie virus infects the entire world in an instant. After the president of the United States authorizes the use of nuclear weapons, his plane crashes.

The country swiftly mobilizes, secretly dividing the land into quarantine zones in an attempt to restore normal order.

Extreme weather disasters irreversibly damage electronic devices around the globe, setting technology back a hundred years in an instant.

With internal troubles and external threats mounting, neighboring countries are completely infected, and hordes of zombies close in.

Nuclear fallout? A solar hydrogen flash?

How will Zhou Qing, a high school student, and his five classmates survive in a world overrun by zombies and danger?

How will the country resist the unending waves of zombies with its production capacity crippled?

With supplies running short and zombies attacking, they have a lot to do…

A Dark Horse in Apocalypse Survival: Gritty, Smart, and Highly Recommended

Looking for books similar to Black Rain 2027. This book has no cheat powers and is completely grounded. It's full of tests of human nature and social intricacies, and everything feels like it could really happen. Every character feels alive. The protagonist is low-key, humane, highly intelligent, and socially savvy. The delicate writing really holds it all together.

Apocalypse Novels, Comrades, I Need the Apocalypse!!!

Doomsday novels with no female lead. I've read the two books by Yaoshu already. And even though I'm a girl, I love male-oriented fiction, you know? (●• ̀ω•́ )✧ Preferably without supernatural abilities, but other kinds are fine too. Please! („ಡωಡ„) Thanks!
