Oh No! The Puppy I Lured In Keeps Trying to Steal a Kiss

[Two male leads + both untouched + fake proper gentleman + genuine flirt + younger wolfdog + older, aloof, seductive bottom] Qin Feng has always refused to admit he likes men. But homophobia is just a sign of being deeply closeted. Qin Feng: “Do kidnappers all look like this now?” Lin Jingque's shirt hangs loose, his eyes droop slightly, and his thin lips curl into a smile. “Kidnapping someone like you costs extra.” His voice is clear and cool, his tone lazy, and Qin Feng feels his heart skip a beat. Lin Jingque looks like a refined scoundrel and a spoiled rich kid, but he's actually the youngest visiting professor at the institute, as well as a famous author? After they become roommates, life seems to get a lot more interesting. “The international literary prize medal I found between the couch cushions, is it yours?” “Found it.” “Are you crazy, Uncle?” “Since I went crazy, I've been feeling much better. You can call me Grandpa, too.” Late at night, Lin Jingque writes beneath a cashmere blanket, a gold-rimmed glasses chain hanging over his fair collarbone. He taps the takeout bag Qin Feng brought home with his pen. “Kid, snail rice noodles with Burgundy wine?” “Don't leave your drafts in my shoes.” “Those are... love letters folded into roses.” “Why didn't you bring a towel when you took a shower?” “Because... I did it on purpose.” Watching the young wolfdog blush and his heart race after being flirted with, Lin Jingque smiles lazily. What an interesting kid... “Moonlight parts the branches, startling magpies; the cool breeze carries cicadas' midnight song.” When Qin Feng sees this line of poetry on the title page of Lin Jingque's new book, he finally understands why, whenever he sneaks a kiss in the middle of the night on the beautiful author pretending to sleep, he always hears a heart pounding like a war drum. Is it his own heart? Or has the other man's already started beating out of rhythm with desire...?
