Crayon Shin-chan: Why Must a Chance Encounter End in Regret?

[Everyday life, Heartwarming, Comedy, Future, Faithful Adaptation, Single Female Lead, Original Movie Story]

This time, Nohara Shinnosuke won’t be that childish, five-year-old kindergarten potato kid anymore. In the blink of an eye, ten years have passed, and Shin-chan is now a high school student. Everything has changed, and yet somehow nothing has changed!

Under the setting sun, Shin-chan walked forward, as if guided by fate. Suddenly, someone called out to him. Shin-chan turned around in delight, but no one was there. Disappointed, he turned back. Just then, the wind rustled, blowing dust across his vision. Shin-chan rubbed his eyes. The setting sun shone ahead. When he opened his eyes and looked, a smile appeared on his face. Everyone was there.

“Shin-chan, I see you’re still just like you used to be,” Kazama said, stepping forward.

Himawari peeked out from behind Kazama and asked playfully, “Hey, big brother, how do babies learn to walk?”

Holding a script, Nene wore a sly smile. “Don’t worry, this time we’re not playing house!”

Abo held a girl’s hand and offered Shin-chan a stone. “Shin-chan, I heard this stone brings good luck.”

Masao excitedly held up a manga. “Shin-chan, come take a look! This is my new manga!”

In the distance, a red-haired girl stood frozen in place. Her voice trembled softly, her fingertips pale. A gentle breeze brushed past her.

“Young Master Shin-chan… it’s been a long time.”
