[Tokyo + System + Multiple Heroines + Light Novel]
After picking up a cat on his way home one day, Tokyo high schooler Kanbara Haru notices that the women around him have started acting strangely.
His usually shy, refined landlady makes strange noises late at night.
His childhood friend, a bratty junior, secretly takes pictures of him.
The diligent, icy beauty of the student council president starts making mistake after mistake at work after he scolds her for messing up.
“Haru, can I come to your room tonight?”
“What’s a scrub like you doing right now, senpai?”
“Hey, kouhai, I made another mistake.”
Years later, Kanbara Haru looks back in sudden realization and finds that, ever since that night, everything has spiraled out of control.
I haven't read such a high-quality Japanese light novel in a long time. The male and female protagonists have distinct personalities. The plot is reasonable and there is no template. It's refreshing at first sight. The male protagonist has three correct views, generally speaking. I think it beats 99% of the books on Tomato.
A great Japanese light novel, with fantasy colors mixed with youth love themes, and fresh writing.
The content is attractive and the narrative is emotionally delicate. It's worth watching.
Hajishu, you must live.
