The Last Skeleton Division

With the spiritual qi revival, a catastrophe descends upon Blue Star. The barriers between worlds crack open, forming one secret realm after another. Unknown creatures frequently enter Blue Star and leave a trail of bloodshed, plunging humanity into terror. Some gifted people awaken various abilities, including powers over the Five Elements of metal, wood, water, fire, and earth, and begin fighting back against the invading creatures.

Diwufeng, a special forces soldier stationed on the frontier, survives the destruction of an unknown creature’s nest. His injuries force him to retire. Whenever he thinks of his captain and brothers and sisters in arms, who sacrificed themselves to protect him, Diwufeng can only weep in silence, living the rest of his life consumed by guilt and wishing he had been the one to die. At the very end of his life, his soul travels back to the period before the mission. He now possesses the power to change everyone’s fate, and sets out to rewrite the destinies of his captain, his comrades, and himself.
