In 1934, on a cherry blossom-filled campus in Tokyo, Lin Yiru, a medical student studying in Japan, and Cheng Sheng, an information science student, met because of an injured calico cat. She holds a scalpel in her hand and firmly believes that science can save the country; he holds a code book and believes that order can save the nation. Time has crushed their names, leaving only two codes that tremble like the walls of the heart - one sinks into the eternal night in the folds of history, and the other is shattered into powder when the spring cherry blossoms fall.
