Conquering the Song: Starting by Recruiting the Heroes of Water Margin

Zhao Jie transmigrates into the cannibalistic world of Water Margin.

He becomes the magistrate of Huayin County.

A civil official?

What terrible luck.

Thankfully, he arrives early enough that Shi Jin is still at the Shi family manor.

In that case, he’ll recruit Shi Jin first.

Then he’ll move from Mount Taihua to Liangshan.

He builds stockades, constructs ships, forms cavalry, and makes the stronghold self-sufficient.

The brothers divide gold and silver according to rank, drinking wine and feasting on meat.

Then he repels Wu Yong, kills Song Jiang, and eliminates the Six Traitors of the Northern Song.

Emperor Huizong of Song shakes his head and cries out, “Zhao Jie, don’t come any closer!”

Many years later, Zhao Jie looks up at the sky and declares, “The Jingkang Humiliation? It never happened! Jin dogs, prepare to die!”
