Qu Xiangtan, the Mystic Spirit Empress, awakens inside a ten-thousand-year-old ice coffin, only to find a world on the brink of collapse. A strange black fog devours all living things, the Liushang Imperial Palace lies in ruins, and the continent has descended into war between rival factions. With her powers still unrecovered, she is forced into this world-ending crisis. Even more infuriating, a sinister, demonic “mirror image” bearing her face and powers is wreaking havoc and claims it will take everything from her.
“How dare you lay a hand on what belongs to this empress?”
She awakens from the ice coffin, and imperial might returns. The confrontation between the real and false empresses will tear the truth from the continent. The fate of the Mystic Spirit Continent remains to be seen.
