Crow Tales

“Tell me, what is the sin of deicide compared with creating a god?”

On September 25, 2015, I witnessed a bizarre murder at Fuchengmen subway station. Oh, and that was also the first time I successfully transmigrated to the [Day of the End].

I am the Crow, a crow that travels through time. I’m not very stable, so please keep an eye on my [Dissociation Level].

Each time I wake up in a stranger’s body, I have to deal with bizarre, deranged gods, resurgent supernatural powers, shattered memories, and a figure writhing beneath a blood-red moon.

I must stop the end of human history and uncover the truth behind the [Day of the End].

Stick close to me. The gods are dangerous.

Trust me, I know how to deal with them. I’m very good at chopping them to pieces.

Forgive me. One, two, three, four, five... My head’s a little muddled.

Otherwise,

Have you ever seen the Golden Crow dance wildly on three legs?

Have you ever heard the sound of the sun being pecked to pieces?

Have you ever seen an eyeball steeped in darkness at the White Pagoda Temple?

The history of the gods has begun.

Wait... who was I again? Am I human, or one of them?

This is a suspense story set in Beijing, with a distinctly Beijing flavor and Lovecraftian horror.

The Beijing flavor comes from the city’s people, architecture, legends, and those who struggle to make a living there.

As for the Lovecraftian flavor, just keep reading. It will seep in little by little.
