The Midlife Top-Tier Star's Ultimate Push and Pull

As a top-tier star, Ling Xing is best known not for his work but for personally jumping into arguments with haters, showing off what it means to be the most lively person in show business, a one-man army.

But those legendary moments happened back in his twenties, at the peak of his looks. Many years have passed since then, and new faces keep appearing in show business. If Shao Ying hadn’t come to him with a collaboration, he might never have made a comeback.

And perhaps he wouldn’t have fallen for her all over again.

While filming, Shao Ying kept lowering her boundaries and letting him do whatever he wanted, all to make their scenes feel genuine.

But once filming wrapped, she dusted herself off, turned cold, and insisted with a straight face that they were just friends!

The damned netizens and media insist his feelings for her are just friendship, too!

Fine.

Friends, huh?

What’s wrong with friends having dinner together?

What’s wrong with friends hugging?

Americans even kiss each other on the cheek. So what’s wrong with friends kissing?

Ling Xing proves with his actions that after all these years away, he’s still the most lively person in show business.
