Glory Forward

He ran from the streets to the pinnacle of world football for one reason: to prove that Chinese players can make their own legends on the global stage!

Lin Xiao is a gifted boy from an ordinary background who has loved football since childhood and idolized Messi. With no prestigious school behind him and no elite youth academy to train him, he makes a name for himself on the school field with his superb dribbling and attacking instincts. A scout discovers him, opening the door to professional football. But talent is only the beginning. The real challenges are just getting started.

Shen Yao was Lin Xiao’s closest childhood friend. Now he is his destined rival. They once fought side by side, but now stand on opposite sides of the pitch, clashing again and again in crucial matches. They are competitors, but also the strongest whetstones sharpening each other’s skills.

When Lin Xiao heads to Europe, he enters a top league with the fearlessness of a young upstart, only to face one obstacle after another: language barriers, physical challenges, and rejection from his teammates. Knocked down time and again and mocked at every turn, he uses his footwork and unyielding will to tear through opposing defenses and shatter the world’s prejudices. Step by step, he goes from the bench to the starting lineup, from obscurity to the world stage.

Passion ignites, a king rises! Caught between commercial interests, battles among elite clubs, and national glory, can he become the man who changes the fate of Chinese football?

This is not a solo performance by a genius, but the rise of a generation of young Chinese footballers!
