Pei, Look Ahead

[Youthful campus romance / healing / childhood sweethearts / mutual devotion / ensemble cast / powerful families] (The bankrupt heiress and the fallen young master) The taciturn Pei Shi'an stubbornly insists that Wen An give him an apology. The usually gentle Wen An kicks down a door to stop someone, demanding nothing but an apology. At their graduation ceremony, their youth is loud and lively. He says, “I hope everyone keeps growing upward from here.” She says, “From now on, we'll grow however we please.” If you've been treating us like pawns, then it's time we finally met. This time, Pei Shi'an, be my pawn. A spectacular banquet gives everyone a new look at the Pei family's eldest son, now holding the family shares, and the Wen family's eldest daughter, a ruthless woman with a knack for getting things done.
