In the early part of the story, the narrative mainly follows Huang Ling's perspective. Once the protagonist starts school, the story will shift to the protagonist's perspective.
Huang Ling will not divorce Zhuang Chaoying. The entire Zhuang family will take the Huang surname, and Zhuang Chaoying will become a live-in son-in-law of the Huang family.
The main focus is on reforming things, without breaking up any couples from the drama.
The protagonist's romantic pairing has not been decided yet. It will probably be settled during their university years.
As for the protagonist's future path, the initial plan is to have them follow the same path as Xiaoting later on, though the direction should be somewhat different.
