A bizarre serial murder case shocked Ancheng. The victims were all young women, their deaths horrific, and not a single valuable clue was left at the scenes. The criminal investigation team led by Shen Yan quickly launched an investigation, but progress was slow and they had no leads. Then, while performing an autopsy on one of the victims, Lin Yu discovered faint traces that pointed to a rare drug. He immediately told Shen Yan what he had found, and the two began working together.
