The Scumbag Boss Is Still Trying Not to Blow His Cover Today

The moment I open my eyes, I've become the strongest character in Demon Slayer: Muzan Kibutsuji. If my secret identity is exposed, I'm dead. Demons don't mess around when it comes to survival of the fittest.

And... there's also the original scumbag boss's consciousness inside me, constantly trying to take control?

> Good news: I'm absurdly powerful, and every one of my underlings is a big shot.

> Bad news: I'm a woman! And I've transmigrated into a man's body! Worse still, the original owner was the ultimate villain, hated by everyone!

>

Now every villain in the story has their eyes on me:

The Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps sharpen their blades: “Muzan, prepare to die!”

The Upper Rank demons stare at me eagerly: “Lord Muzan, give us your orders!”

>

And me, an utterly ordinary, timid modern office worker, can only howl at the sky:

Help! How am I supposed to play this scumbag boss?!

>

Does Akaza look suspicious of me? Why is Doma's smile so creepy? Tanjiro's sword is ten meters closer to my neck!

Every day, I bounce back and forth between being hunted by the Hashira and tested by the Upper Ranks, using every ounce of my acting skill to maintain my Boss aura...

>

Another day, another patch job on the scumbag boss's secret identity.

>

How to dance wildly on the edge of being exposed and getting killed.

My daily routine:

>

Use a poker face to hide my inner monologue, and chuuni lines to keep up my Boss image.

>

Say to Akaza, “Is that all your resolve amounts to?” (Thinking: Bro, stop glaring! My legs are shaking!)

>

“Nakime, close the door and release... no, close the Infinity Castle!” (Thinking: Hurry up and get these lunatics out of here!)

>

“Kokushibo, your sword... um, it's very straight.” (Thinking: Help!)

>

Dodge Tanjiro while saying, “The Hashira these days are useless.”
